Project Manager Training

Project Managers can be teachers, counselors, and other community members interested in working with youth..

Training includes:

Managers learn to serve many students by working with adult mentors willing to be matched with students. Managers learn of the process mentors go through and the expectations that are set during the mentors’ training. (Each mentor is required to attend a training class as part of their induction). Managers also learn tips on how to interest students in participating in a mentor project. And they learn how to use the website. Project Managers must have access to a computer in order to participate.
