Project Manager Training
Project Managers can be teachers, counselors, and other community members interested in working with youth..
Training includes:
- Managers learn to serve many students by working with adult mentors willing to be matched with students.
- Managers learn of the process mentors go through and the expectations that are set during the mentors training. (Each mentor is required to attend a training class as part of their induction).
- Managers also learn tips on how to interest students in participating in a mentor project.
- And they learn how to use the website. Project Managers must have access to a computer in order to participate.
