1.	Target employees* to participate as mentors to youth

2.	Financial support for employee/student* email matches at $200 each. A total contribution of $
3.	Promote mentoring within the company as follows (check all that apply):
	A. Choose Be A Mentor Program as company project for one year
	B. Provide statement of support for the Be A Mentor Project to employees
	C. Conduct an email campaign to create awareness among employees
	D. Group presentations to interested employees
	E. Place Be A Mentor Banner (with link to beamentor.org) on Home Page - Or - otherwise create a website link to beamentor.org
	F. Display promotional materials in customer and employee areas
	G. Print article(s) about the Be A Mentor Program in company newsletter
4.	In return for company support listed above, the Be A Mentor Program commits to the following:
	Prepare each participating company employee to be matched with a student
	Youth will understand career opportunity and skills required for a successful career in your industry and company
	Provide company employees with opportunity to enhance managerial skills
	Provide public recognition through newspaper ads and Be A Mentor website
