SIB has created a paperless system clearing mentor applicants and matching them with students.

At least one school-site coordinator must complete a one day coordinator training course.
School-site coordinators may view and download files of available mentor applicants from the internet website.
School-site coordinators select mentor applicants for interviewing.
School-site coordinators match the mentor with a student.
Status reports are generated.
